Impact Sales Engine Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

The Impact Sales Engine (“Program”) is a product of The Sales Activist, which provides services to you subject to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”). These terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

2. Description of Program & Deliverables

The Impact Sales Engine includes two key components:

  • A personalized Sales Operating Plan created specifically for your business

  • Access to weekly group office hours for 12 months from the delivery of your Sales Operating Plan

You’ll first complete an intake form. After submission, you’ll schedule a one-on-one session with Joe Beck to finalize your Sales Operating Plan. Joe will then email your plan to you within 3 business days of that session, along with the login information for the weekly Impact Sales Sessions.

To receive your Sales Operating Plan, you must complete the intake form and book your session within 30 days of purchase.

Office hours occur weekly at a fixed time (provided at onboarding). Attendance is optional, but Joe will show up consistently, barring emergencies or on national holidays.

This is not a course or coaching package. There are no 1:1 private coaching calls beyond your initial session for the plan.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are due in full at the time of purchase. There are no refunds.

4. Conduct, Confidentiality & Community

This is a group program. As such:

  • Please be respectful of others’ time, questions, and contributions.

  • Use discretion when sharing personal or confidential business information during group sessions.

  • Do not share anything you hear from others outside the group.

  • This is a trust-based environment — but no NDA is being signed. You are responsible for your own confidentiality.

Unkind, unethical, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program.

5. Use of Examples or Testimonials

From time to time, anonymized examples or participant stories may be referenced in future trainings or materials. By joining, you agree to this use unless you specifically request to opt out via email.

6. Results Disclaimer

While this program is designed to help you improve your sales process and outcomes, we cannot guarantee results. Joe is not responsible for your execution, actions, or sales performance. Your success depends on your application of the material.

7. What You Can Expect

You can expect Joe Beck to:

  • Show up for weekly office hours at the stated time.

  • Be direct, helpful, and generous with his expertise.

  • Deliver a professional, tailored Sales Operating Plan based on your intake.

8. What We Expect from You

We ask that you:

  • Submit your intake form promptly so we can schedule your session.

  • Book your Sales Plan session within 30 days of purchase.

  • Show up ready to engage, ask questions, and take action.

  • Treat Joe and your fellow participants with courtesy and respect.
